Support Specialist / Customer Support (offline)

Looking for a Support Specialist with a customer-first state of mind to join our team. This person will support several company products for external users. An Ideal candidate will be one with excellent written and spoken English, as well as proven experience in IT companies (at least 1.5 years).

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Providing technical support to end users
• User management
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common issues
• Understanding the solutions' architecture
• Running real-life simulations
• Testing new features
• Thinking outside the box
• Escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal and external teams
• Writing of support articles and documentation

Requirements:
• 1.5 years of relevant experience in support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Understanding of operating systems, networks and browsers
• Motivated towards constantly improving their technical skills self
• Ability to learn fast and grasp technical concepts quickly.
