One of the first steps in this growth plan is to establish a development team in our subsidiary offices in Kiev. You will be working for a tech first business and collaborating with our development and AI teams in Germany
What You Will Do

As a senior engineer in our Kiev office you will get involved in technical decision making, bring your own ideas and approaches and work with the tech leads in both Ukraine and Germany to improve and scale the EVANA platform

Imagine, research, and deliver features to allow us to remain at the forefront of the industry, add to our services and improve our API’s
Design solutions, backlog refinement
Working within, and doing your bit to maintain a productive, agile methodology
Always employ your developer spirit to maintain a culture of continuous learning and constantly pushing the borders of possibility
Stepping in as the deputy and supporting the team lead
You design for scalability, robustness, security, and data reduction/economy
Being involved in hiring for the team, mentoring more Jr engineers

Who You Are

You will have experience working on distributed software systems
You speak and write in English fluently (Or near enough) German would be great but not essential
You understand the challenges of working in a fast growth/scale up environment and are driven by the opportunity to make your mark, rather than frustrated because not everything is perfect
You are a creative thinker, curious to learn and share your knowledge with your peers
Software development is not just a job, you probably have a few sides projects on the go and can occasionally be found on Github
