Recruiter (offline)

Now we’re looking for a Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team!

Responsibilities:

Work with current vacancies and our Talent Acquisition team!
Cooperate with Recruiters and Back-end, Front-end, Mobile developers, Designers, QA, DevOps, Support, Marketing teams
Phone, online interviews with candidates
Providing feedback and sending job offers to candidates
Work with job sites and recruitment resources
Recruitment analytics
Maintain candidate database
An opportunity to participate in HR tasks and projects.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment field
Written and spoken English skills (Intermediate+)
Knowledge of a variety of search methods
Developed soft skills, ability to deal with staff and job candidates
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask
Strong problem solving ability, willingness to take initiative
