Challenges you'll meet:
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of competitor content, as well as thematically related digital products
• Content strategy and content plan creation; presenting them to interested parties
• Writing guidelines for each type of content
• Initiating the process of hiring specialists to create content, when needed (experts, copywriters, proofreaders, assistants), supervising their work (planning, setting tasks, assessing the quality of results)
• Supervising content localization into other languages (setting tasks for the Translation Board, assessing the quality of the results)
• Uploading content to the admin panel, testing on devices, registering and/or fixing bugs
• Participating in the design, improvement, refinement and development of application features

About you:
• 2+ years of experience working with content for digital products
• Experience in analyzing information, structuring results and presenting them in an accessible form
• Experience in creating content strategy and content plans
• Experience in hiring and managing a team
• Spoken English at the Advanced or higher level
• Ability to build and organize processes
• Ability to create concise, meaningful presentations

Will be a plus:
• Experience at an IT product company (particularly with applications)
• Ability to work with JIRA and Confluence
• Active user of applications
• Experience in creating video content
• Experience in managing a remote team
