Looking for Support Specialist (remote)

Project Description:
It is a project to support corporate business systems which help automate Luxoft internal business operations.

There are about 15000 employees in Luxoft spread over different locations in Switzerland, UK, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Great Britain, USA, etc.
All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.

• Support of business applications users, deep understanding of applications functionality and related business processes;
• Configuring and automation company's business processes workflow in business applications;
• Support of data integration processes with other corporate systems.
• Other related activities

Mandatory Skills Description:
Communication skill
Microsoft Excel

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Support experience
or any other programming skill
