Your star-work mission will be:

— Plan and manage software delivery for USA/European customers
— Communicate with customers and secure their happiness with our products and services
— Be a true leader, motivation and inspiration for our development team
— Lead software development process using Agile methodology
— Elicit requirements and transfer them into tasks for developers and QAs
— Ensure accurate and timely time tracking, produce time reports
— Estimate work effort for future projects
— Predict and mitigate risks around project delivery

Forсe and Powers expected from you:)

— English: upper Intermediate and higher
— Communication skills: level God :)
— Responsibility and accountability
— Great time management skills
— Ability and motivation to learn fast and to do so continuously
— Analytical mind and talent in sourcing of information
— Creativity and resourcefulness, Can-Do attitude
— Ability to resolve misunderstandings in a friendly and efficient manner
— Deep understanding of Software Development Process and Agile methodology

Will be a plus for us:

— Work experience in Software Developement/QA/Business Analytics
— Experience with intranet/online community or CMS platforms: SharePoint, Jive, Verint/Telligent Communities or any other
— Formal education in Software Engineering/Computer Science
