Technical Lead (offline)

What You’ll Do

Work alongside with Engineering Team
Build scalable, highly available, robust systems and ensure their continuous delivery
Solve complex technical challenges that play a critical role in the overall platform scalability
Lead peer engineers to ensure that the most appropriate technical solution is used
Collaborate with product managers in order to translate business requirements into an actionable implementation plan
Evangelise software craftsmanship principles to peer engineers

We Expect You Have

Hands-on experience with distributed systems development in PHP (Laravel, Symfony)
Experience with ReactJS, Redux, Typescript
Experience with RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL), key-value stores such as Redis and document-based databases such as MongoDB
At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead and 3 years as a Senior Software Engineer
Strong understanding of OOD and SOLID principles
Ready to work with the existing codebase, update and improve it
Good understanding of security threats and “security by design” principles
Good verbal and written English
