Middle Project Manager (offline)

WE BUILD
You will be a part of the PM Team, which is responsible for the delivery of the projects to the clients. Projects pipeline covers different business fields and various geography (UK, USA, Europe)

BEING PART OF THE TEAM
Communication with clients and end users;
Resolving/escalating team’s blockers;
Release planning, full release responsibility (including agreements with other parties);
Cost Management and budget calculation;
Moderation of new projects estimation, preparing proposals regarding team composition/skills/budget;
Reporting to clients and end users regarding progress of projects;
Scope change requests management;
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks;
Work under supervision of Senior PM.

POWER YOU BRING
3+ years of project management experience on medium and big size projects with average monthly workload in the range from 7+ people;
Solid knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process;
Has broad knowledge about project management standards and practices, able to perform project manager's activities during Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing project phases;
Proven track to run an organization of 7-25 people;
Jira (or relevant systems) - able to configure workflows, access, board settings;
Agile related certifications or trainings;
PMP will be a plus;
English level - Fluent.
