General QA (cloud testing) (offline)

Responsibilities and Duties

Be actively involved in SDLC and the release process
Perform feature and regression testing of projects at different stages starting from PoC to full production rollout
Create, perform and support automation tests
Create and update testing documentation for research initiatives: requirements, test plans, test summary reports, etc.
Validate and sign-off on new features and internal firmware releases based on testing

Qualifications and Skills

3+ years of experience in manual testing
Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
Experience in writing test documentation
Experience as an Automation QA Engineer (Python)
Other scripting language experience (bash, shell)
Advanced level in Unix-based systems
Experience with DB and SQL
Familiarity with AWS
Understanding of network principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment in a growing company
Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

Experience in writing development support tools such as parsers, profilers, automated testing, frameworks, etc
Experience in setting up automated testing from scratch
Familiarity with computer vision and machine learning
Experience in testing ML projects
Experience with Cloud services (AWS)
Understanding the DevOps and CI tools (e.g. Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience with mobile testing
Understanding of client-server architecture and backend testing experience
