β 4+ years experience working as a Frontend Engineer
β You have a profound understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem
β You cover your code with tests and have experience with different test runners, e.g. Jest or Mocha
β Experience working in a React ecosystem is preferred
β Intermediate level of English or higher
β You enjoy working within an agile setup
Nice to have
β Backend engineering skills (Java-based tech. stack)
β Experience working in a Design System environment
β Youβve worked with distributed teams before
Responsibilities
β You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional distributed team owning the customer service products and will hence directly contribute to the success of the business
β You drive the development process using an Agile environment
β You will be able to design new products from scratch and frequently deliver new versions of existing products, using continuous integration and automation
β Lead technical decisions inside and across teams to improve technical excellence through lateral leadership
β Be a mentor and coach for your colleagues
About the product
We're looking for a driven Frontend Engineer to join our Customer Service team.
In a nutshell: this team will be working on a self-service portal for our customers (self-service tools), Ρlaims management, Email translation, Customer service refund tools , rebooking, change date/seats/destinations, etc.
You will be working in a cross-functional, autonomous team.
