Our office is near the T.Shevchenka metro station. This position is in-house & Kyiv only, full-time, with no exceptions.

Now, I’m looking for a Communication Manager to take full responsibility for growing my personal brand in relevance to our global Marketing, PR, and Business Development strategies. I have a specific strategy for personal brand development with a clear meta-message, goals, content types and topics, target audience analysis, etc. So you will have an exact plan of actions in a unique combination with total freedom for your creative expressions. You will work a lot with content creation, international networking, communication with media and partners, organising different types of events (webinars, panels, speeches, etc.), and growing the XR culture worldwide together with me. 💪🤩
You will become a part of the most experienced teams in the AR/VR industry worldwide and a member of the international XR community. These technologies are holding the future of global digitalization.

Firstly, I’m looking for a person with a super proactive life position, soft temper, sense of humor, and enormous willingness to grow and work hard for it.

Must-have soft skills:
I need a person with high self-motivation and discipline, honest and trustful, very attentive and structured.
I’m sure that any hard skill can be learned. However, as for soft skills, it is essential for us that the people in the team share the following values:

❤️ Passion - work should be fun; otherwise, what's the point? We believe a person is most effective in position when it’s done with joy and love.

Must-have hard skills:
- Fluent English - both speaking and writing (this is crucial!)
- Creative mindset and love for social media
- Outstanding copywriting skills in English (examples is a must - articles, publications, posts)
- At least one year of relevant experience in Communication/ PR/ Marketing domains
- Understanding of brand strategy
- Profound research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with LinkedIn algorithms on a profound level

The main tasks:
- Direct work on implementing the strategy of growing a personal brand
- Planning content calendars, content strategies
- Generate, publish, share and analyze the performance of the content due to each specific social channel (LinkedIn is a major channel at the moment, but we plan a cross-publishing in Twitter & Facebook as well)
- Planning and executing PR activities
- Negotiating with international media, conferences, exhibitions, etc
- Reach-out campaigns from my LinkedIn profile to scale the network
- Research on different topics related to business development
- Networking with existing partners, clients, and media on my behalf
- Stay up to date with the XR industry, its news, and trends
- Participating in meetings, events, conferences, exhibitions to boost brand awareness
- Preparing me for conferences (speeches, presentations, networking)
- Analyzing and reporting on Unit performance

It will be a bonus:
- You are interested in AR/VR tech and already know something about it
- Have experience working with Sales Funnel, reach-out campaigns
- You have created a PR/Marketing strategy by yourself or been a part of a workgroup
- Have worked in IT companies or startups
- Have experience and success cases of growing a personal brand
