IT Recruiter (offline)
Required skills :
✔️3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
✔️ Excellent sourcing and engagement skills;
✔️ Experience in managing a full-cycle recruitment process;
✔️ Experience in communication with foreign clients (US preferably);
✔️ Good analytical skills;
✔️ Flexibility and ability to adapt to the changes;
✔️ Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;
✔️ Upper-intermediate or above English level;
Good to have :
➕Familiarity with US Market
➕Interested in startups

Responsibilities :
• Provide full-cycle recruitment on the US and Ukrainian markets;
• Drive the recruitment process (organizing, screening, interviewing, etc.);
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements;
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
• Promote our employer brand online and offline;
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System);
• Generate and maintain different kinds of reports.
