SmartHunt is looking for a Sales and Account Manager to work on attracting new clients for outstaffing services.

We are looking for a Sales and Account Manager.

Requirements:
1 + years of Sales experience;
Proven track record of successful deals;
Understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification,
negotiation, deal closure, and account management;
Understanding of the IT industry and software development processes;
Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams;
Experience selling software solutions, staff augmentation, and/or development services at the C-level to the global customers;
Advanced in English

Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for your client around the world;
Accountable for the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to contract close;
Prospect and develop new sales opportunities through lead qualification, cold calling, networking and social media;
Develop long-term trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
