Middle Project Manager (Mobile\Web)

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (and be able to explain it to clients);
Proven ability to lead teams 5-10 people in an Agile environment;
Experience in working with web\mobile software projects;

Understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods;
Attention to details and a keen appreciation for written and numerical accuracy;
Experience setting up and managing processes for a project from scratch;
Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills;
Ability to analyze, prioritize and structure сlient’s needs;
Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities.

Will be a plus:

Technical background in web or mobile development;
Practical knowledge about CI/CD;
Basic skills in web design, UI/UX, prototyping;
Facilitating pre-sale activities such as workshop — requirements elicitation etc.;
Knowledge of latest trends at SW development technologies and tools;
PMI/PMP certification;
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
