About the role
Our role of a Researcher is a great opportunity to grow in the People team. You will be a part of high-quality research process and we appreciate good communication skills, the ability to correctly conduct correspondence and to win candidates' favour.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates, including active search;
• Building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates;
• Organization and conducting interviews with candidates;
• Pre-screen of potential candidates;
• Work with data and internal recruitment system.
Requirements
• Successful experience as an IT researcher from 6 months;
• General understanding of the IT market, its players, and market tendencies;
• Superior verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Attention to details;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge in Sourcing, Recruitment Tools and LinkedIn search will be a plus.
