Content Coordinator (offline)

We are a fast growing B2B product company and we are building a SaaS Security Awareness platform. Content is essential part of the value our product provides. It includes educational videos, game templates, phishing. templates, articles and so on. We are looking for person who will take ownership of coordination of all content activities in our team. You will closely work with CEO, product and sales teams as well as customers. Your goal will be to build processes around planning, creating and delivering product and marketing content.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal English skills to effectively communicate with team, customers and contractors
- Exceptional written English skills to manage content
- Strong project management skills: ability organize and prioritize work with content and customers
- Good copywriting skills

- Email Marketing
- Basic HTML and CSS
- Cyber Security Basics


Your Responsibilities:

- Finding, managing and building relationships with content creators - video actors, voice over actors, copywriters
- Organising and prioritizing work with content - videos, articles, phishing templates
- Supporting customers who need help with SCORM files
- Maintaining Hubspot CMS - articles, webinars, landing pages
- Defining content roadmap based on existing and potential customers’ needs
