We are looking for self-independent and experienced IT Recruiter to join our friendly team!

Required skills
— 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment;
— Experience in communication with hiring managers and customers;
— Experience with requirements gathering and creating job descriptions;
— Understanding of full cycle recruitment;
— Knowledge of all the main search tools and ability to perform at a high level;
— Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
— Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
— Analytical thinking and good negotiation skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).

As a plus
— Experience in conducting HR interviews.
