Job Description

-Experience working in Agile/Scrum process, understand and promote Agile Manifesto values
-Experience in creating PRD end-to-end
-Experience MedTech business domain and ability to share personal insights on the product
-Experience working with JIRA to properly define User Stoies with clearly defined Acceptance Criteria
-The authority to take "on the fly" business decisions on user story level

Job Responsibilities
-As a contributor to the product management function you will need to:
-Actively collaborate with Client's Product Managers, Product Owners and ---Matter Experts to understand business needs and elaborate them into features and user stories
-Perform own investigations and product definition activities to analyze existing solutions, market best practices and approaches
-Assist the team in backlog clarification including assisting in building, refining, and maintaining the team backlog including defects and tech debt
-Keep process of user story creation, refinement going and time adequate (just in time story elaboration)
-Facilitate user story "Acceptance Criteria" and ensure that the appropriate persistent acceptance tests are included
-Facilitate team demo and involve relevant stakeholders – both internally and externally
-Share the organization's vision, answer the team's questions and listen to suggestions about adding, deleting, changing, or improving the user's goal
-Apply Agile principles to your work, encourage teams to follow them
