Localization Engineer (Poland, Warsaw) (offline)

To be an ideal candidate, your background should include a university degree in linguistics or computer science as well as 2+ years of experience with a software development organization as a localization manager, technical writer, or quality assurance specialist.

Key skills:

High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) paired with skills in clear and effective communication.
Experience in technical writing, copywriting, content writing or other forms of publication which demonstrate your command of written English.
As a plus:

Localization management experience, familiarity with TMS, CAT and LQA tools.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, XML/HTML, Confluence, Jira.
Experience in working with Git.
Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:

Managing project localization.
Investigating and fixing text-related issues.
Being an active member of cross-competence teams during the game development process, upholding relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization.
Participating in peer reviews.
Acquiring and maintaining expertise in tools required to produce our materials.
Acting as a user advocate to deliver materials that enhance the user experience.
Following all internal standards, processes, and templates to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
