Required skills:
• 1+ year of customer support and/or sales experience.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Empathy and understanding the client’s perspective.
• Written English level — upper intermediate.
• Written Russian without grammar mistakes.
• Ability to learn fast in a rapidly changing business environment.

• Telegram and Discord chat management.
• Communication with the chat subscribers about company services.
• Сonflict resolution with users.
