Junior+ Recruiter (offline) to $800

Hello!
Quod Financial is looking for a +1 team member in Ukraine/Poland recruiting team

Must have
- a commercial experience of at least 1 year in IT with conducting interviews
- spoken English at least intermediate level
- able to work independently
- able to speak to managers and suggest ideas when needs to improve something in recruiting stages
- minimum expected performance - 1 closed position in 2 months
- business-oriented

Responsibilities
- working with 2-3 IT positions at the same time
- a full circle of recruiting (from screening to final interview)

We offer
- remote work
- 20 days annual and 10 days sick leaves
- recruiting team 1 recruiter, 1 team lead, and 1 assistant
- work with Hurma
- if needed the company is open to buying any recruiting tools

Recruiting stages
- Interview with the team lead/HR (30 min)
- test task (answer on a couple of situations which could appear during recruiting work with candidates)
- interview with the current team (30 min)
