Lead Generation Manager / SDR (offline) $700-3000

MoveUp is a technical recruitment boutique agency that provides Head Hunting and outstaffing services to organizations from early-stage start-ups to multinational companies. We are headquartered in Tel Aviv and keep growing our international team.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and creating sales opportunities ( clients for both lines of business: recruiting and outstaffing).
• Generate and approach leads via Linkedin, emails, social media, etc.
• Craft out well-thought prospecting emails & messages to start conversations
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and help define an outreach strategy.
• Write posts and update social media pages.
• Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English level & feeling comfortable writing emails and messages from scratch.
• 2+ years of lead generation/sales experience at recruitment agency or outstaffing company
• Familiar with outbound sales & prospecting (LinkedIn tools, email tools, social media etc.).
• Experience selling into companies located in the US / Europe. Israel is an advantage.
• Proven track record of prospecting and winning business. At least 2 closed clients per month.
