• Implement hiring and business development initiatives in order to ensure company growth
• Identify and implement best practices and instruments for attracting and hiring A-players
• Oversee, integrate and revamp as necessary hiring processes, templates and TA dashboards
• Identify, attract, engage and hire top talent for key positions at SmartyAds
• Build recruitment network to ensure fast and quality hiring
• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the Talent Acquisition team
• Support employer branding activities to strengthen company recognition
• Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products"
Our ideal candidate (Skills):
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 1 year of management experience
• Ability to design and implement business processes within the department
• Experience hiring for Executive, Sales, Marketing, Engineering teams, preferably in a high growth global tech company
• A passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others
• A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency
• An ability to effectively drive change across a company, and inspire a culture of shared recruiting accountability
• A result-oriented individual with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of IT Ukrainian market and trends
