Blockchain Team Lead (offline)

As the Team Lead in our team, you will work on some of the greatest products of the industry. Our portfolio and portfolio of our founding partners include working on projects like Polkadot, Pancakeswap, Thegraph, Allianceblock foundation, Yield.app, Yield protocol, Bridge Mutual, Bondley, etc

Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly skilled engineers
Maintain a high quality of technical solutions
Design architecture of the project
Build an engineering culture of the team
Foster the team growth overall as well as engineering growth of every team member
Own projects
Innovate, we are open-minded to new technologies and you can try out different things here

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Blockchain technology
Experience with languages such as C++/Go/Rust
Experience in leading/coaching teams & building an engineering culture
High level of self-awareness and proactivity
Resolving problems, not tasks
Being able to write a tech article on Medium/etc
Interested in building first-class product to solve real-world problems
Self-motivated, fast learner, and have a “get things done” mentality
Humble to embrace better ideas from others, eager to make things better, open to challenges and possibilities
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and having the ability to juggle conflicting requirements from many different stakeholders
Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance
