Define product requirements and business needs from scratch
Planning & management of the project
Conduct market & competitors research
Conduct workshops and interviews to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs (internally and externally)
Work closely with designers (UI & UX)
Describe user flows and acceptance criteria
English level C1 (written and verbal)
General understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations
Proactive and self-motivated
As a plus:
Management of groups of people
Ability to document user flows and technical details of product
BA courses or experience as BA, QA, support
