SEO Manager (offline)

Overview of the Position

Under the supervision of the CEO, the company’s SEO Manager is to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. The incumbent is known to be analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to the role. The goal of the SEO Manager is to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.


What you will do: (Duties and Responsibilities) 

-Ensure that all websites and internet properties under your influence have been technically 
optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the 
target audience
-Maximize organic traffic growth for clients, ensuring that modern SEO techniques are properly and consistently implemented
-Perform periodic technical audits on the websites, making short and long term SEO strategy 
recommendations. Analyze site architecture, profile its performance, determine if it fits Google requirements 
-Consult with administrators to ensure necessary technical architecture is in place
-Monitor SEO trends, best practices and techniques to ensure cutting edge strategy, top 
website rankings and identification of new opportunities
-Perform keyword research and continually analyzing results to optimize website content, 
as well as reporting progress and results
-Analytics:
o Validate data integrity in Google Analytics and other platforms
o Fulfill Monthly Dashboards & Quarterly Reports
o Fulfill one-off analysis and reporting to inform Digital Marketing team

-Research competitors site structures and apply best industry practices


Requirements and Qualifications 

-At least 10 years of proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related field
-In-depth knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
-An expert grasp of SEO strategy and Core Web Vitals.
-Familiarity using Google Tag Manager to define conversion data and prove traffic value.
-Proven experience using web-analytics data to report upon digital marketing initiatives.
-Prior success optimizing a global, multi-site, multi-language, B2B marketing website.
- With absolute analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
-Knowledge of major SEO Analytics and Reporting Platforms or demonstrated ability to learn 
similar software
-Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) or Google 
Docs/Sheets and familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Experience with the technical aspects of various CMS and server configurations such as Wordpress and AEM
-Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, and a working understanding of Javascript and how it affects SEO
Nice to have 
-Strong organizational and leadership skills
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics
- Subject matter experience within IT, DevOps, and Cybersecurity a plus.
- Familiarity with modern demand generation strategy, SaaS sales metrics, and SaaS sales cycles.
-Effective (efficient and clear) cross-functional communicator
