Collaborating with our department managers you’ll be responsible for leading a full-cycle recruitment process for both tech and non-tech vacancies.

Requirements:

2+ years of talent acquisition and recruiting experience (Tech/Digital/Business and/or Banking);
Good knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment techniques;
Successful track record of hires (direct search and headhunting experience would be an advantage);
English - upper-intermediate (written and verbal communications must have);
A self-starter who can work well autonomously and possess a strong ‘get things done’ approach;
Great communicative skills;
Global recruitment experience will be a plus.


Main tasks:

Full-cycle recruitment for designated vacancies, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
Sourcing qualified candidates, initial selection, and conducting interviews;
Conducting reference checks and other background checks as needed;
Recruitment database update;
Market research and recruitment analysis tasks, aiming to reshape approaches.
