Middle Android Developer (offline)

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in Android application development;
— Android Custom View / library development;
— Java/Kotlin programming;
— Fluent or excellent English;
— Willingness to work in a others and cooperate well with our team.

Would be a plus:
— Performance profiling of Android applications/libraries;
— JNI / C++ experience;
— Any experience with OpenGL/Vulkan graphics, GIS, game development or performance optimisation;
— iOS development experience (Swift, Objective-C) is also a nice to have.

Project description:
SciChart is an award-winning charting & data visualisation toolkit. We created the world’s fastest GPU-accelerated charts, graphs and data visualisation library on Windows / iOS / Android and WebGL (chromium) platforms.

We need skilled engineers to build and maintain our chart library, develop it according to our requirements and also extend it for future projects.

This job role will involve working directly with the SciChart business owners (communication in English) and also a chance to help SciChart’s customers build their apps using SciChart.

If you are a successful candidate, this is a long term project and we are looking to hire someone for many years. There is also a chance to learn and grow in new areas as our company builds the same library in iOS (Swift, Objective-C), JavaScript using WebGL and WebAssembly, and Windows.
