Magento Developer (offline)

Requirements:

A successful candidate for this position should meet the following technical knowledge and previous experience:

Has at least three years of relevant experience as PHP Back-End developer working with Magento platform.

Understanding of OOP principles and design patterns

Knowledge of PHP starting from version 7.0 and higher and MySQL Database

Experience in working with GIT

Experience in Magento 2 is essential (understanding of Magento’s code structure, API, extension architecture, theme hierarchy and fallback components)

Familiar with Linux (navigation, working with files and folders, configuring servers, etc.);

Write and speak in English (English level on Upper-Intermediate or higher). This role requires regular communication with Project Stakeholders and Product Owners.

Will be good if the candidate has knowledge or previous experience

E-commerce business domain

Web performance optimization

Experience in agile development approach (knowing Jira on developers level)

Magento 2 certification.

Your role in the project:

You will work with well known international companies group that produces products in health and sports nutrition segment. The group build this global e-commerce based on Magento platform. You will need to develop a good understanding of the client-partner’s business and their customer’s needs. We are looking to hire a skilled Magento developer to build and maintain eCommerce websites for our clients. As a Magento developer, you will be responsible for liaising with the design team, setting up Magento 2x sites, building modules and customizing extensions, testing the performance of each site, and maintaining security and feature updates after the installation is complete.
