We're looking for Junior HR manager with theoretical skills and minimal experience in IT area.

Responsibilities
- Recruitment process in IT area
- Working with different sources to find the relevant candidate - Linkedin, Djinni, DOU, etc
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Helping with onboarding
- Searching for partners/subcontractors

Requirements
- Theoretical knowledge of IT area - technologies, areas of work
- Minimal working experience in IT area - 4+ months
- Strong communicative and persuading skills
- Ability to handle routine work
- Upper-intermediate level of English
