Role:

Giggster’s Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and advancing product efforts, to elevate our platform and exceed customer expectations. The Sr. PM is ultimately a process advocate who coordinates our teams to keep us on track.
You could be the right person if you’re an experienced project manager and proven collaborator. You’re ready to learn our product inside and out, and to work with cross-functional teams to make it even better. You’re an analytical and operational thinker and have outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities:

— Translate customer needs and product improvements into actionable projects and tasks
— Manage a portfolio of projects or varying scale and scope
— Develop individual project scopes and objectives to create detailed project plans
— Scope and prioritize specific tasks based on business and customer impact, to plan short and long-term work effectively
— Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project team members
— Actively collaborate with teams across the org to advance project work and keep the team focused and on schedule
— Organize internal and external partners and resources needed to execute projects
— Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost
— Track progress throughout projects, regularly sharing status with the team
— Monitor project performance and measure outcomes, and share learnings with the team

What We Look For:

— 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an online marketplace
— Bachelor’s in MIS, IT, management, or a relevant field
— Extensive understanding of project management principles and techniques
— Proven experience working cross-functionally to understand dependencies and resolve problems
— Outstanding organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
— Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
— Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
