Recruiter (offline)

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Deep understanding of researching and recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Sufficient understanding of technology, professional jargon to vacancies analyze, "read" a resume and maintain communication
- Intermediate level of English is a must (written and spoken)
- High level of self-organization

Responsibilities:
- Implementation and optimization recruitment process
- The full recruitment life cycle of technical and non technical positions
- Creating complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements
- Coordinating and conducting interviews
- Maintaining recruitment-related reports
- Coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers
- Participating in the development and maintenance HR policy of the company
- Providing job market research and analysis
