Manual QA Engineer (offline) to $1995

Hello! We, Don't Panic Recruiting Agency, are looking for a QA manual/automation engineer for our client proSapient.

proSapient is a primary research platform that helps our partners conduct primary research around the globe. The core business is to connect investors with industry experts who can provide insight into their industries. The platform leverages AI and ML to offer a wide variety of features that are unique to us. The business has grown rapidly and in the last 18 months, our headcount has grown from 2 people to 44 people (split between Kyiv, UK, and the USA).

Kyiv's office is located in the city center near Olimpiiska metro station.

The Role

- Manual testing of web part and microservices;

- Testing of new features for upcoming releases;

- Verification of bug fixes;

- Perform regression testing;

- QA documentation development and support;

- Communicating with QA, Development, Support teams;

- Quality control throughout the development cycle.

Required skills

- At least 1,5 year of experience working as QA Engineer;

- Understanding of software development process, testing lifecycle understanding;

- Good communication skills, team working;

- Intermediate level of written English.

- Technical mindset with great attention to detail

- B. Sc. in computer science or equivalent.

- Extremely detail-oriented, investigator and troubleshooter;

- Understanding of Agile methodology;

- Knowledge of software testing theory;

- Knowledge of browser Dev Tools;

As a plus

- Experience of working on CRM and SaaS projects.

- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA);

- Understanding of software development process, testing lifecycle understanding;

- Experience in creating and supporting testing documentation (test case, bug report, test plan);
