REQUIREMENTS
2+ year of experience in IT recruitment
Clear understanding of main IT technologies: Java, Front End, DevOps .NET, Testing etc.
Possibility to keep great relationship with hiring managers
Willingness to work with KPI’s
Data-driven approach of hiring
Ability to drive recruitments process from gathering requirements till candidate’s onboarding
Good at problem solving and in planning and pipeline management (operations)
Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)
