Senior PHP Team Lead Position (offline)

We’re looking for strong and passionate Team Leader to own a team of experienced developers and to build challenging applications for high-throughput environment.

The Team Leader will take ownership of the Full development cycle including development, testing and monitoring.

What will you do?

- You will OWN and lead a team of up to 8 engineers, including backend, frontend and QA

- You will OWN the development process independently, from requirement to production.

- You will CULTIVATE an environment of high productivity, collaboration, and energy.

- You will SOLVE technical and architectural challenges, play a key role in building it right!

- You will BUILD using Scrum and DELIVER (CI/CD) scalable software.

- You will MONITOR and improve development standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Experienced team leader - 2+ years.

- 5+ years of hands-on backend PHP development, using MySQL and MongoDB.

- Experience with Scrum and CI/CD methodologies.

- Experience using Docker, Jenkins, Kibana, AWS – S3, SNS, ECS, RabbitMQ (or similar).

- Experience with delivering high-scale / high-traffic software.

- Familiar with UI best practices and ReactJS.

- Amazing leadership skills, Peoples’ person, communicative, and positive attitude.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- English – Upper-intermediate (at least).
