We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment team on a full-time basis.


- Preparation, publication & promotion of developers vacancies;
- Active search of candidates, headhunting;
- Conducting interviews and making sure the process is user-friendly for candidates and for the hiring managers;
- Providing constant feedback to all candidates.


- 2+ years of experience as an IT recruiter;
- Having a good network among IT specialists;
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to constantly adapt / review / change the recruitment approaches that don’t work;
- Good copy-writing skills;
- Being responsible, organized and proactive.
