Sales Development Manager (offline) $1000-1500
Required skills
— Bachelor’s degree in field with 3+ years
— Lead generation or call center experience, intermediate to advanced experience with CRM systems (i.e. Hubspot), database management systems, and common sales tools/methods is preferred
— Proven experience in lead qualification or inside selling

Responsibilities
— Analyze possible solutions to develop and follow standard work to contact and generate quality sales leads, utilizing a consultative sales strategy.
— Integrate lead qualification process with Hubspot for improved efficiencies
— Harvest incoming leads, drive initial contact, and distribute to Sales Managers and CEO
— Own the lead management process across the EU and the US area
— Apply technical and business knowledge to recommend service solutions and successfully qualify the leads
— Accelerate revenue growth through the provision of high-quality leads
— Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual lead creation and conversion metrics OKR’s
