Senior Business Analyst (offline)

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst, your role will include but will not be limited to:
Communication with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and customer needs;
Writing functional and nonfunctional requirements;
Maintaining sufficient and standardized product requirements documentation;
Perform the decomposition of cross-functional tasks between teams;
Assist Product Manager with Backlog Management;
Coordinate with Product Manager task distribution for engineering team;

Apart from that, we’re expecting:

2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology company, preferably with ERP/CRM types of products;
Ability to write clear and concise requirements and decompose requirements into specific tasks;
Understanding of the software development life cycle;
Ability to create wireframes and screen mockups, data flow diagrams and carry on technical discussions with the development team;
Working experience in estimation, planning, and conducting BA activities;
Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills;
Strong analytical skills and systematic mindset;
Experience in communication with foreign partners;
Be able to effectively communicate with local and remote teams in engineering, product, and user experience;
Upper-Intermediate English;
