Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive industry. We are currently expanding our sales team for new marketing projects. This is a long term project with growing tend.
You will be responsible for development of a new direction in the company. The successful candidate MUST have high English level (both spoken and written), good communication and persuasion skills.
— Develop a full cycle sales and lead-generation strategy
— Create and expand sales funnel; increase clients database
— Lead generation and Networking (Upwork, LinkedIn and other platforms)
— Increase number of sales
— Negotiations and handling objections
— Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
Experience and skills needed:
— At least 5 years of experience in IT Sales
— At least 3 years of experience in ODC Sales
— At least 1 year of experience in managerial position in ODC Sales department
— Own clients database
— Ability to work from 09:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. by Kiev (lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
Will be a plus:
— Knowledge of other languages
— Business Developer experience
— Full-time job (Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm) remotely or in office.
