Project Manager (DevOps) (offline)

Requirements:
4 + years experience with Engineering People Leadership and Development or related
Strong DevOps engineer background
Experience guiding, influencing and teaching engineers
Good knowledge of DevOps design patterns, processes, tools and best practice
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or other Agile Tools
Experience with a product company is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
Work as a part of a growing, dynamic cross-functional team building solutions for our partners
Understand the roadmap and vision of the line of business and technical teams and assist in mapping project requests
Participate as an active stakeholder during requirements definition/analysis for all of the various intra and inter-project dependencies across the entire Program
Works with Product to ensure expectations to meet Business acceptance of the product.
Manage and coordinate strategic project activities to ensure that customer objectives, as well as overall technology and company objectives, are being met
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Document and present project status to team members, stakeholders, and management
Gain approval on documented requirements from the business/user group so as to facilitate the development of accurate functional specifications
Coordinate user acceptance testing and sign off
Initiate and monitor all change requests to ensure timely and accurate solutions
Define and follow project management methods, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress
Assist in removing team impediments, and track and metrics for process and progress
Perform regular risk assessments and communicate results to DevOps team
Work to remediate all issues and barriers to progress
Manage deliverables from other teams as appropriate
