We are looking for Tech Recruiter

Our clients – big worldwide companies, product and IT-outsourcing companies. We have been working for more than 5 years on the Ukrainian market.
Our clients:
- Worldwide supplier of software development services operating in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, UAE and Saudi Arabia (1500+ employees);
- IT company developing multifunctional platform for the sale of luxury fashion brands (350+ employees);
- Сompany is a result-driven agency that offers digital marketing services as well as website and mobile development. Company develops an advertising platform.

Responsibilities:
Full cycle of the recruitment process: from sourcing to offer;
Providing guidance to clients to shape their talent needs to best match with the candidates;
Actively source and deliver a steady flow of candidates for each position;
Screening candidates and conducting HR interviews (alone or together with the Hiring manager);
Collecting and analyzing stats for future improvements;
Pro-active networking;
Maintain the candidate database.

Skills required:
3+ years of Tech Recruiting experience;
Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process;
Search for candidates using various sources and tools;
Understanding how to build long-term relationships with candidates, clients and team;
English - Strong Upper Intermediate (verbal and written);
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
Highly responsible and organized with attention to details.

Would be a plus:
- Technical background;
- Experience with ATS (Cleverstaff etc.)
