Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend architecture that service data for Club OS’s web applications

• Use domain-driven design to architect data domains

• Configure and maintain needed cloud infrastructure

• Estimate amounts of development effort

• Maintain and perform code reviews reinforced by development standards and testing protocols

• Improve and streamline development environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years professional engineering experience

• Requires experience with:

◦ Java

◦ Maven or Gradle

◦ MySQL or similar, SQL Query Optimization

◦ Git

◦ AWS (EC2 / ECS / RDS (Aurora) / Lambdas / SQS / Kinesis)

◦ OOP Design Patterns

◦ Unit and Integration testing

Bonus Qualities:

• Angular experience

• MyBatis/iBATIS experience

• Docker or Kubernetes

• Continuous Delivery pipelines experience

• Experience with Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodologies

• Working knowledge of lean startup principles such as MVPs, and incorporating user feedback quickly

• Experience developing software that supported contract relation-ships or payment processing
