UI/UX Product Designer (offline)

Product is a B2B biz processes management platform and CRM (web app, ios and android apps). The platform has been on the market for 10 years and has customers in 80 countries. Company offices are in the USA and EU.

About the Role:
As a Product Designer you’ll operate as a design generalist, owning problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form new features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to bring those ideas to life. You’ll bring design research best practices to the table and lead research efforts for your focus area.

What you will do:
Gather and prioritize key end user and product team questions/requirements.
Facilitate a range of research methodologies (interviews, contextual inquiries, concept testing, usability testing, analytics, journey mapping, etc).
Establish tools, processes and guidelines to share research and designs with a broader team.
Partner with product management and engineering to determine strategy and direction.
Explore concepts with low-fidelity sketches, wireframes, and prototypes all the way through to final design delivery.
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Work closely with engineering to ensure fidelity and quality of the finished product.
Advocate and champion for the needs of end users along every step of the way.

Requirements:
3-5+ years of user-centric UI/UX design creation for complex products (Web and Mobile)
Experience designing and shipping B2B, enterprise level systems.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows & process flows
Demonstrated ability to lead design research and translate insights into action.
Ability to present research findings and your designs to various stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and respond to new information in a dynamic space.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
