Technical Support Engineer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS (Must have):
1. Knowledge of SQL (CRUD operations, Aggregate functions, join) - mandatory.
2. Overall understanding REST API.
3. Min Upper-Intermediate English.
4. Analytical thinking ability to troubleshoot client’s issues and define the root cause.
5. Strong ownership, fast learner, logical thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
6. Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
7. Friendly, customer-focused, attentive to details.

WOULD BE A PLUS:
1. Knowledge of the basics of the Kibana monitoring system.
2. Wiki skills.
3. Technical background and IT education.
4. Experience with PosrgreSQL or other SQL database.
5. Experience with CRM-systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Resolve all types of support technical issues received via ticketing system and chat.
2. Solve advanced support requests and incidents from our partners.
3. Reproduce customer issues identified in the field.
4. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved by support team to relevant QA or development.
