Resourcing Coordinator (offline)

Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in full cycle of recruiting within IT industry
Knowledge of recruiting cycle and processes
Experience with HR related databases
Strong Intermediate English (spoken and business writing)
Experience building business partnership
Presentation skills, excellent communication and writing skills
Drive, proactivity, flexibility and multitasking
Ability to work independently and as a team-player

Job Responsibilities:
Internal search request processing (skills and expertise)
Processing of internal candidates for open positions
Keeping track on internal candidates' availability and utilization in accordance with the company's needs
Collecting, inputting and reporting recruitment/resourcing data and metrics
Analyzing of upcoming changes on the projects and developing resourcing options
Cooperate with Delivery on timely de/allocation of candidates within the company
Participation in internal HR initiatives
