Experience / Skills required:

Experience in backend development focused on Java
Experience in using React.js in front-end development
Strong leadership skills, the experience in leading the team
Good English verbal and written skills for direct communication with clients.

As a plus:
Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and React Native.

Responsibilities:

Participation in the full development lifecycle of the product, code testing
Building and leading the team
Measuring the performance of the production
Being part of architectural decisions
Makes sure everything builds according to technical and business requirements
Building and leading the team in the future.
