Digital Product Owner (offline)

Are you a digital all-rounder with a perfectionist streak? Are you creative and do you think functionality is important? Do you make your decisions based on the “measure is to know” mentality? Then you might be the missing link that we are looking for in our scale-up team!
You are ultimately responsible for mapping out customer needs and translating them into the app/desktop/mobile. You are a hard worker and you like to take on a challenge.
Together with a team of smart IT people, online marketers, a designer, and a few commercial entrepreneurs, you are responsible for transforming the existing concept into a future-proof concept in which we will show a different (fair and transparent) sound compared to the established e-commerce giants.

Specialized in IT, design, service, and online marketing where we are now looking for new talent with fresh ideas and a strong, digital opinion.

Requirements
You are a little bit nerdy. You know all about apps, customer journeys, personalization and UX;
At least ± 4 years of experience with digital (e-commerce) products;
AB testing is what you do best;
Works closely with our developers and designers: you have a passion for digital design and we don't have to explain to you what API, HTML and MySQL mean;
You think in terms of solutions and you love to get things done;
You know how to find online opportunities and anticipate commercial opportunities;
You are familiar with the online playing field and its functionalities;
You speak the English language, you write flawlessly. As long as you are confident with making online adjustments;
The actions you take are based on numbers. Seeing connections and formulating research questions is very natural to you;
Online tracking is familiar to you;
You are interested or experienced in online marketing;
You know what RVR stands for and you get a kick out of this KPI.
