Sourcer / Recruitment researcher (offline)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain internal Applicant Tracking System;
- Search for suitable profiles and add to requisition pipelines;
- Conduct researches on certain technology requests;
- Work on technical job openings within Eastern Europe and United States;
- Assist recruiters with coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT recruiting or IT recruiting courses completion certification;
- Written and spoken English.
