Project Manager (offline)

We develop web platform to automate medical lab processes. Currently for the patient analysis and processing the results, medical laboratory uses the lab hardware and proprietary 3rd-party systems. Despite this, there is a lot of manual actions related to setting up customer data. Another challenge is connected to the lack of CRM system and additional functionality that is urgently required. Thus, the main goal of the project is to create CRM system for increasing automation level of in-lab processes.

Required skills
— 3+ experience in a role of Project or Delivery Manager.
— Strong tactical planning, strategic and leadership skills.
— Great communicator and problem-solver
— Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with team members located in different time zones, locations, adjusting to cultural differences.
— Ability to manage and coordinate various project assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines, accepting ownership of the process.
— Previous experience with Scrum
— Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)

As a plus
— previous experience in programming

— coordination of team (6 Engineers)
— be in charge of spring planning
— provide active communication with the customer on the daily basis
— be in charge of risk management
