Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
— At least 5 years experience with UX/UI;
— Experience in graphic design;
— Experience with Adaptive/Responsive Design Principles;
— Experience in iconography, styling, and animation;
— Ability to understand complex business and system requirements and translate these into simple UI concepts;
— Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture;
— Experience in managing both UI/UX initiatives for mobile applications and websites;
— Ability to articulate and support your own decisions;
— Experience with Wireframing tools;
— Upper-intermediate English;
— Leadership skills;
— Strong online portfolio.

Responsibilities:
— Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing;
— Design and specify user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques;
— Analyzing and reviewing competitor products and bringing innovative ideas and concepts;
— Stay up to date with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning;
— Participate in new business development activities.
